Terms & Conditions
Monthly management (MM) requests are billed according to the plan you have agreed to. If your request exceeds your allotted time, you will be billed at the hourly rate of $95.00/hour for content, design and development changes or $125.00/hour for programming requests. All maintenance requests are billed at a one hour minimum. If you would like an estimate for your request, please indicate so when submitting a ticket.
Timeframe
We aim to complete monthly management updates quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days for standard website updates. However, requested updates may take up to two weeks. We appreciate your business and value you as a client.
